We use your CV and preferences to run your search and prepare your documents. We do not sell your CV.
We do not send your identity to any language model
Your name, email address and phone number are never sent to any LLM. We extract the details from your CV programmatically and strip all personal data before a search intent is built — that stripped profile is what we use to find and narrow down roles. When it is time to write your tailored CV and cover letters, the language model works from that same stripped profile; your contact details are only added back after the documents are written. As a side effect, removing your identity also removes bias from the search.

How we use it
We use this information to find suitable roles, prepare your tailored CVs and cover letters, deliver your results and process payment. We only share your details with potential employers if you actively choose that option at checkout.
We do not sell your CV
Your CV and application documents are not products for us to sell. They are used to provide the search you purchased and are intended for applications you choose to make.
How long we keep your information
We keep the information needed to deliver your search, respond to support requests and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can contact us at any time to ask about deleting information linked to your account.
To enforce the permanent one-free-sample limit, we retain one-way cryptographic identifiers. We do not retain the raw IP address or a browser fingerprint in the free-sample claim record. These restrictions are never used to block paid searches.
