Stripped before it travels
We read your CV programmatically and remove your name, email and phone number before any search intent is built. Contact details are re-attached only once the documents are written.
A pipeline, not a chatbot
Discovery, ranking and filtering run in our own search infrastructure. A paid run makes more than twenty LLM calls — profiling, search intent, triage, scoring, drafting — and every stage checks the work of the one before it.
Anonymity removes bias
A useful side effect of stripping your identity: nothing in the matching stage can weigh your name, age or address.

Preferences shape the ranking — your CV history informs the search, it does not dictate it. That is what makes a career change a fair ask rather than a long shot.
We search wide, then cut hard
Sources you’d never check
Every run combines the continuously refreshed pool with live discovery: job APIs, Google Jobs-style queries, open-web search, agent and board discovery, and company career pages on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and similar systems.
Results are merged, de-duplicated, and stripped of stale adverts and poor fits before anything is shortlisted. Full posting text is fetched so ranking uses the real job description.
