We read the job market.
You read seven jobs.
Upload your CV once. Jobherder searches live roles across job boards, company career systems and the wider web, then sends you seven worth applying to — each with a tailored CV and cover letter.
You get an application pack, not a list of links.
Every one of the seven arrives ready to send. Open the file, check it reads like you, apply.

Three things happen after you upload.
Preferences first
Remote or local, countries, industries, seniority, the direction you want to move in, and anything you refuse to look at. Your CV history informs the search — it doesn’t dictate it.
Sources you’d never check
Job boards, company career systems, specialist and remote-only sources, plus live discovery on every run. Merged, de-duplicated, stripped of stale listings and poor fits.
Seven, ready to send
Each surviving role is written up as a full application: a CV rewritten for that posting and a cover letter addressing that employer. In your inbox in about an hour.
Your CV never reaches a language model.
Stripped before it travels
We read your CV programmatically and remove your name, email and phone number before any search intent is built. Your contact details are re-attached only once the documents are written.
A pipeline, not a chatbot
Discovery, ranking and filtering run in our own search infrastructure. A paid run makes more than twenty LLM calls — profiling, search intent, triage, scoring, drafting — and every stage checks the work of the one before it.
Anonymity removes bias
A useful side effect of stripping your identity: nothing in the matching stage can weigh your name, age or address.

The free option is a shortened one-match sample with reduced search coverage. Full searches look wider and can deliver 7 matches. No subscription.
Pay per search.
No subscription, no card on file for the sample. Credits never expire.
- One example match, not seven
- Tailored CV and cover letter
- Shortened workflow — a narrow slice of the pool, no live web discovery
- See the deliverable before paying
- Seven roles selected for you
- A tailored CV for every role
- A cover letter for every role
- Full pool and live web discovery
- Up to 21 roles in total
- Everything in a single search
- New preferences each run
- Credits never expire
The free sample does not run the full search workflow. It searches a narrow slice of the pool, skips the live web discovery steps, and returns one match instead of seven. It exists so you can read a real tailored CV and cover letter before spending anything — a paid run searches considerably wider and works differently.
Questions people ask first.
Is this ChatGPT with a job prompt?
Jobherder is a search pipeline. It discovers roles across job boards, company career systems, specialist sources and the wider web, ranks them against your stated preferences, then prepares application packs. Language models score and draft at the final step — a component of the pipeline, not the product.
Will the applications sound generic?
Every document is built from your uploaded CV and written against one specific posting. We do not invent experience, achievements or qualifications — if it is not in your CV, it is not in the application.
Does my personal data go to an LLM?
Your name, email and phone number are stripped programmatically before any search intent is built, and re-attached only once your documents are written. A useful side effect: nothing in the matching stage can weigh your name, age or address.
Do credits expire?
Credits never expire. Buy three searches and use the remaining credits whenever you are ready.
How long does a search take?
About an hour. The pool is merged with live discovery, roles are ranked against your preferences, then a tailored CV and cover letter are written for every shortlisted match. You get an email when your pack is ready.
