YouTube Channel Growth Manager

Excelstra is a wealth strategy firm for entrepreneurs who have built their own path. Our podcast, Your Business, Your Next Level, brings together more than 150 conversations with founders and leaders about how to build something meaningful, and our YouTube channel is the home of that library. We are looking for a YouTube Channel Growth Manager to turn that library into a growth platform: one that builds audience and, over time, becomes a revenue center that brings a new community closer to Excelstra.

You will be responsible for the strategy and weekly management of the channel, and you will join our team as a long-term collaborator who brings fresh ideas about where YouTube is going and what content will resonate next. Contractor role with flexible hours (roughly 10 to 30 hours per week), paid for finished work. Pay of USD 10 to 15 per hour, paid every two weeks. What you will own Channel audit, positioning, and growth strategy, building on the foundation we already have Content strategy: the types of content that grow the audience, based on what works and is trending on the platform The publishing calendar, deadlines, and Shorts production flow Titles, descriptions, and tags designed for YouTube for each episode Custom thumbnails aligned with the brand, with a repeatable template system 4 to 8 vertical Shorts per month from episode content Playlists, channel page, and a refresh aligned with our updated brand A monthly analytics report that guides the next level of growth What you bring Experience growing a YouTube channel, ideally with interview or business content Strategic mindset: you spot trends early and propose direction Command of YouTube Studio, YouTube Analytics, and video SEO Canva (preferred) and vertical video editing for Shorts Autonomy and consistency on a recurring rhythm, and clear asynchronous communication Fluent written English Availability for a weekly follow-up meeting during US Eastern (ET) business hours How we work together Part-time and ongoing, with room to expand the scope as the channel grows Compensation of USD 10 to 15 per hour, based on experience During your first month, our brand team reviews titles, descriptions, and thumbnail concepts to align them with Excelstra's identity After that, you have full autonomy over the channel within our brand guidelines Weekly asynchronous follow-up and a monthly analytics review call Metrics are our shared compass: they show where to take the channel Flexible schedule.
