ROLE HIGHLIGHTS: - Workplace Experience Specialist - Location: Espoo, Finland - Department: Operations / Facilities - Reports to: Reception & Events Lead - Employment type: Fixed term (12 months) - Workplace model: Hybrid - Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required) WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS: As a Workplace Experience Specialist, you’ll own the everyday physical and social experience of our Espoo workplace: decor and seasonal touches, kitchen and pantry supplies, convenience items upon request, and shared amenities like our gym and terrace.
You'll bring our workplace standards to life locally, sourcing, purchasing and installing what's needed, and you'll gather employee feedback to shape what comes next. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES - Implement decor and seasonal updates across our Espoo offices, in line with our workplace standards. - Source, purchase and coordinate the installation of decor, furniture and amenities directly with local suppliers. - Manage kitchen and pantry supplies, and keep convenience, gym and terrace equipment stocked and in good shape.
- Run employee feedback activities and turn the results into concrete improvements. - Own our office perks program and other everyday moments that make the workplace better. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: - 1 to 3 years of experience in workplace experience, facilities coordination, hospitality, or office management. - Practical, hands-on and detail-oriented, comfortable with physical tasks such as installing decor and organizing office supplies storage and the print room, and with ordering and coordinating vendors for furniture purchase and assembly.
