Role Overview The Working Student, Website and Organic contributes to the implementation of Chaos's digital marketing strategy, supporting the Team Lead, Website & Organic in developing the e-commerce platform. The role carries direct ownership of projects related to user research, user experience, and conversion rate optimisation across global web pages, and contributes to building AI-enabled workflows that allow the Website & Organic team to scale its processes.
This position is designed for a student looking to develop practical skills within a professional digital environment. Main Responsibilities Conduct market and user research in collaboration with the marketing team to provide data-driven analysis for website experience improvements. Work with internal and external teams to create and optimize user journeys with a measurable impact on Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). Utilize the Content Management System (CMS) to create new and update current pages based on team briefs and research; is responsible for launching site campaigns and supporting digital projects for multiple stakeholders.
