To lead this change, we rethought recruitment. As a working student, you will be a part of the creative and high-performing Talent Search (TS) Team, one of three core processes of Netlight. Your main responsibility will be around active sourcing, application management, recruitment, and other processes related to the growth of Netlight. You will get insights into the whole recruitment process, from the first contact to a world-class onboarding of our new colleagues into Netlight.
