About this role

The role and the team As a Working Student Revenue Operations and GTM Strategy (all genders), you help build Lucanet's scalable revenue engine: keeping GTM data clean, building AI-powered workflows with Clay and Claude, and documenting the processes behind our B2B SaaS revenue. You work hands-on with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and Chili Piper from day one and see how a modern RevOps function is run. You report into the Revenue Operations & GTM Strategy team within Revenue Architecture & Operations and work closely with RevOps , Deal Desk, and GTM leadership across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Excellence.

Your work feeds directly into reporting, process design, and strategic projects such as territory design and our Bowtie operating model, and you work remotely from Germany. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them. What you'll do Support data collection, cleansing, and enrichment across our revenue technology stack, including Salesforce and HubSpot. Build and test AI-powered GTM workflows with Clay, Claude, Gong, and other automation tools.

Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses for GTM leadership. Support Deal Desk tasks and track key RevOps metrics across the Bowtie model. Document end-to-end GTM processes such as lead-to-close and territory handoffs in clear playbooks. Research RevOps frameworks, SaaS GTM benchmarks, and AI use cases, and turn findings into recommendations. Own clearly scoped sub-tasks in strategic projects and prepare materials for workshops, QBRs, and leadership briefings.

What you bring You have: Current enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Information Management, Data Science, or a related field.
