About the Role Finance is core to how we run as a publicly listed, fast-scaling company — and you'll be right in the middle of it. As Working Student, you'll own the invoice workflow in Moss end-to-end: from validation to outgoing invoices.

You'll work closely with a small, sharp team, see how financial processes actually get built and improved in a scale-up, and have real room to shape how things work, not just keep them running. Your Daily Business Validate and review incoming invoices in Moss Coordinate and manage the invoice workflow end-to-end Prepare and issue outgoing invoices Maintain invoice data, ensuring completeness and accuracy Liaise with internal departments to resolve invoice-related queries Support the ongoing optimization of the invoicing process Base Qualifications Currently enrolled student, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field Confident with MS Office, especially Excel Careful, structured, and independent way of working Good German and English language skills Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in accounting or invoicing Familiarity with Moss or similar accounting/workflow tools Our Offer Hands-on insight into the finance operations of a publicly listed company, with potential for longer-term collaboration Flexible working hours compatible with your studies A motivated team and flat hierarchies Discounted Urban Sports Club membership and Wellhub for a variety of well-being offerings Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
