Working Student – IT Asset & Stock Management (x/f/m) – Berlin Join our mission, join Doctolib! Doctolib is looking for you as a Working Student in IT Asset & Stock Management to support our IT team at our office in Berlin . To give the best experience to Doctolibers and support Doctolib’s growth, you will help manage our IT stock and asset base, including laptops, smartphones and accessories. Reporting to the IT team, you will own the reliability of our hardware inventory and contribute to day-to-day on-site support in an international environment across Germany, France, Italy and the Netherlands.

What you’ll do As a Working Student, you will support us in the following areas: IT stock and asset management — approximately 70% Manage the site’s IT stock, including receiving, checking, labelling and storing laptops, smartphones and accessories Keep the inventory up to date in our asset management tool and ensure the accuracy of serial numbers, assignments and statuses Follow the full equipment lifecycle, including assignment, return, loan, vendor repair, refurbishment and recycling Run periodic physical inventories and consistency checks between physical stock and the asset management tool Monitor stock levels, flag replenishment thresholds and contribute to supplier orders Prepare devices, including mobile device management enrolment, standard configuration and accessory kits Propose improvements to stock processes, documentation, automation and key performance indicators On-site support — approximately 30% Support onboarding and offboarding by preparing, handing over and recovering equipment for joiners and leavers Run the Berlin IT Corner as a physical point of contact for Doctolibers Manage meeting room hardware by testing, updating and replacing equipment Handle level 1 requests and incidents, including basic diagnosis and application access, and escalate to level 2 when needed Identify recurring requests and contribute to continuous improvement Working with us, you will learn: How to manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware and maintain reliable asset data How on-site IT support contributes to a smooth employee experience How to identify opportunities to improve operational processes through documentation, automation and performance indicators Who you are If you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply.
