The GS-15 salary range starts at USD 150,359 per year. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is: Directing strategic business planning, operational policy implementation, and performance management frameworks; utilizing advanced qualitative and quantitative analysis to provide data-driven insights for executive decision-making; overseeing critical functions including project execution and workforce planning; and providing supervisory oversight to a workforce division, including division logistical support.
