About this role

We’re looking for a senior Wed Development Engineer to lead the strategy, design, and execution of personalized digital journeys across our websites. In this role, you will be a key player in creating, managing, and optimizing the user journey while executing impactful campaigns that enhance engagement across various channels. You’ll have the chance to enhance your skills, expand your expertise, and directly impact the growth and success of our organization.

What you’ll be doing: Own website optimization of our WordPress website, including page development, plugin updates and more. Create Landing pages, emails, forms and other marketing elements in both HubSpot and WordPress Optimize our Google Tag Manager to ensure all channels are being tracked correctly and GDPR rules are being kept. Apply data-driven optimization : run structured A/B tests, monitor trends and behaviors, and optimize KPIs across segments and regions to improve engagement and retention.

Collaboration with global stakeholders (marketing, sales, data, and engineering) to translate business goals into scalable MarTech solutions. Requirements 3–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations in a B2B SaaS company - must Hands-on experience maintaining WordPress websites Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, themes, plugins, and page builders Ability to debug common WordPress and front-end issues Experience with additional digital tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, webinar platforms, etc.) Detail-oriented, proactive, analytical, and a strong problem solver with excellent communication skills.

This is a highly hands-on technical role; curiosity and eagerness to learn are essentials. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across global teams Advantage Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
