WATERFRONT OPERATIONS MANAGER
About this role
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: overseeing and managing (collect, analyze, and interpret) metrics and program analytics for the department including but not limited to presentation of metrics both internally and externally to the command, developing, managing, and educating others on complex ship maintenance and ship repair processes, incorporating availability lessons learned, as well as reviewing annually to ensure compliance to local and global regulations, instructions, and laws.
The incumbent will need to provide departmental ship class team oversight of the integrity of waterfront operations by ensuring compliance with established departmental resourcing and policy, requirements, processes, and programs to include proper use of funding.
