You'll need to move comfortably between strategy and execution, bring structure to ambiguity, and drive complex work across teams from idea to reality.
You Will: Lead the Strategic Operations function across the UK and Europe, building the operational capabilities required to support new markets, categories, partnerships, and other growth initiatives. Take new operational capabilities from feasibility through design, build, launch, and stabilization. Develop launch and operational strategies based on business growth priorities, and translate them into executable operating plans across pharmacy, fulfillment, diagnostics, manufacturing, supply chain, and other operational capabilities.
