About the role The Vice President – EMEA Education GTM is responsible for growing our user and customer base across the region, with a focus on the Education sector. You'll lead the EMEA business through change, integration and expansion, developing and implementing the regional strategy in partnership with the Group.
You'll be accountable for growing our customer base, reducing churn and increasing market value, while keeping users at the center of our approach. You'll also lead the regional team, setting clear priorities and ensuring people understand how their work contributes to the strategy and commercial goals. The ideal candidate will be based in Northern Ireland, however, candidates located elsewhere in the UK will also be considered.
Main responsibilities In this role, you will: Develop and implement the EMEA strategy to retain and grow our existing customer base and acquire new customers in line with our growth objectives. Deliver commercial sales targets, ensuring individual and team quarterly and annual targets are clearly understood, tracked and managed. Communicate the regional strategy across the business, ensuring employees understand the priorities and their contribution to delivering them.
