Video Education Manager

About this role

Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos for the company's YouTube channel, develop Riverside University, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user learning experiences. Key responsibilities Drive product education strategy by scripting, shooting, and editing videos as the primary on-camera representative Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle Required qualifications On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished final products independently Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences Fluency in the content creation landscape and excellent command of English Knowledge of technical setup involving cameras, microphones, and lighting equipment
