Video Education Manager

About this role

Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will produce and present educational videos for Riverside's YouTube channel, develop Riverside University, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Produce, script, and edit product education videos as the primary on-camera representative of Riverside Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University into a comprehensive learning hub for users Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback into the product lifecycle Required qualifications On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills Proficiency in video editing from raw footage to polished final products Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences Fluency in the content creation landscape and understanding of publishing processes Technical knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras and lighting
