Video Education Manager

About this role

Owning the product education strategy, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce engaging product education videos for YouTube, deliver product demos, and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users. Key responsibilities Drive product education strategy and produce all video content from scripting to editing Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features as they are released Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle Required qualifications On-camera experience with a strong presentation style, including links to previous work Proficient in video editing, capable of producing polished final products independently Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a strong understanding of content production Technical knowledge of video equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting setups
