About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Vehicle Repair Services Engineer to join our dynamic team.
This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our vehicle repair operations, particularly focusing on electric two-wheelers (E2W). You will be instrumental in developing and delivering comprehensive maintenance training programs, conducting thorough pre-delivery inspections, and managing the certification and auditing of repair shops. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining high service standards, optimizing repair processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This is a Level J position, indicating a significant level of responsibility and expertise required. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging maintenance techniques instruction for our SSS (Service Support System) program, conducting sessions twice weekly for 8 hours each. Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on approximately 50 vehicles per week to ensure they meet all quality and safety standards before delivery.
Provide expert instruction on major repair procedures and offer crucial battery pairing support for our vehicle fleet. Conduct regular audits of certified repair shops, including on-site inspections, technician interviews, and detailed reporting to ensure compliance with our standards. Review repair records, including photos and work orders, to identify areas for improvement and ensure accuracy in parts management. Support monthly inventory checks at partner repair shops to maintain accurate stock levels and efficient parts utilization.
Track and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with repair partners, assessing delays and implementing corrective actions to ensure timely service delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve repair processes and training materials. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies in vehicle repair and maintenance. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a mechanic with strong skills in 2-wheeler motorcycle service and maintenance.
