UX Researcher

About this role

📋 Description Partners with product managers, designers and engineers to scope and conduct qualitative and Designs studies to be as efficient as possible without negatively impacting rigor. Creates research reports that are clear, concise, compelling, and actionable. Guides Product Managers and Designers in conducting their own user research, including recommending Help standup and run measurement programs like NPS. Support vendor management and research operations.

Evaluate new vendor features worth adopting. 🎯 Requirements 2-4 years of UX research experience in a product development environment, ideally B2B SaaS or other Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills. You absorb dense technical, quantitative, and Proven experience collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers.
