About this role

Shape what's next with BCD VIP Travel Agent (Remote) Full time, United States You will report to Jolene Heaney In this role, you will perform high-touch service excellence to key client travelers and be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.). You will be the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers and provide active travel consultation, including providing travel details and up-selling related products.

What You'll Do Expertly use the appropriate the BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer Have a strong understanding of a client travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the customer Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.) Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules Maintain, actively communicate, and seek expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported What You'll Bring Experience in VIP travel Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes Strong skills in GDS Sabre Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Why you’ll love working here Join a global industry leader where curiosity drives innovation, growth is continuous, and every voice matters.
