APPOINTMENT STATUS: EXCEPTED This is a Title 5 Excepted Service position in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard. AREA OF CONSIDERATION: Non-Bargaining Position AOC A: NG employees at the 193rd RSG AOC B: NG employees in the 193 Special Operations Wing (This includes 193rd SOW, 193rd AOG, 211th EIS, 271st CCS, 201st RHS, 112th ACS, 203rd Weather Flight, 193rd SOW Det 1, 148th ASOS, PA ANG HQ DET 1) AOC C: NG Employees of the Pennsylvania National Guard AOC D: All Service Members of the Pennsylvania National Guard AOC E: Federal Employees in an Agency outside of the Pennsylvania National Guard AOC F: U.S.

INDEFINITE: Indefinite employment status pertains to applicant nominated, who are not a currently employed permanent technician. Indefinite appointments may acquire permanent status depending upon future force structure requirements; indefinite appointments do not serve a trial period. Indefinite appointments may be separated when their services are no longer needed or when funding is no longer available via a 30-day termination notice.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Application must indicate at least 12 months experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled.
