About this role
In order to qualify, you must meet the experience or educational substitution requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Clerical and Administrative Support Positions. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower broadband (NK-I or GS-04) in Federal service or equivalent in other pay systems.
Examples of specialized experience includes: Planning and organizing management programs and functions of an organization such as cybersecurity liaison (CL), personnel assignments, decorations, awards, promotions, special programs, security or unit recognition programs. Assisting with military or civilian personnel issues and manpower resource requirements. Using various office automation software programs, tools, and techniques to support office operations and produce a variety of documents.
NOTE: Due to the use of 120 day rosters, applicants within 120 days of completion of specialized experience requirements are encouraged to apply OR EDUCATION: Successfully completed four years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university. NOTE: You must submit a copy of your transcripts with your application package OR COMBINATION OF EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: A combination of specialized experience and education obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university listed above, that when combined equals 100% of the qualification's requirement.

Knowledge of various office automation software programs, tools, and techniques to support office operations and produce a variety of documents such as letters, reports, spreadsheets, databases, and graphs.
