Key Responsibilities: Monitor, support and resolve issues on production UiPath automations Build and enhance automations under the direction of the UiPath Lead Carry out root cause analysis and document fixes in the support runbook Hand over clearly to the next shift so support stays continuous Support Power Platform solutions where required
