Role Overview: We are seeking a Treasury Manager to be based in the UK, who will help shape a newly established Treasury function. As a member of the Treasury team, you’ll play an integral part of the Corporate Treasury team and will be responsible for all cash management responsibilities internationally including liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, money market investments, cash repatriation, bank account management, reporting and driving automation projects.
Assist in the contribution to the design and development of processes, and best practices within the department. What you’ll do: Oversee and manage daily treasury operations including cash positioning, liquidity management and bank account management across all international entities. Partner with accounting and operational stakeholders to improve cash forecasting and implement cash management initiatives that align to the liquidity needs of the business.
Have in depth experience with various pooling structures, monthly settlements, and repatriation of cash that are compliant with local tax, international statutory and banking requirements. Manage currency exposure and transactions across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring effective foreign exchange management and compliance with local regulations. Evaluate financial exposures that could cause volatility on the balance sheet.
