TRAINING SPECIALIST (BUSINESS OPERATIONS) NF3

About this role

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Three years of experience in retail or business operations, including at least one year of direct responsibility for conducting employee training, maintaining training records, and instructing employees on operational procedures and systems. Relevant education may be used as a substitute for experience. Demonstrated experience and success leading and coordinating training activities. Positive attitude with a genuine desire to work in a team environment.

Advanced adult learning and training facilitation skills. Ability to train operating standards and procedures for service, service recovery, sales, technical systems and store brand as well as work within the position to execute these standards properly and coach others within the team to do so with a high degree of skill and confidence. Ability to work in a high performance atmosphere with commitment to service and sales goals.

Attention to detail is required.
