📋 Description Within 1 month: Master the Platform's core user experience and the Collaborative Learning Within 1 month: Become a platform expert (user & admin) and get certified on the methodology Within 1 month: Shadow existing Stadium webinars and Academy workflows Within 1 month: Connect with colleagues worldwide through virtual coffee chats and team-building Within 3 months: Host Stadium webinars and receive peer feedback to drive platform engagement Within 3 months: Execute updates on the Engagement Academy aligned with product releases 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Trainer OR client-facing experience in Customer Success/Care Recognized listening and teaching skills Clear and concise communication in writing and orally Proactive with a strong results-oriented culture Past experience in the learning industry is a plus Excellent writing skills in German, English, and French (styles/tones, spelling, grammar) 🎁 Benefits Compensation package includes base salary and variable component Work From Home allowance Social security, health insurance, unemployment insurance, common contingency, salary guarantee Leave requests subject to local policies Flexible hours Total remote work possible anywhere in Spain
