You will have the opportunity to wear many hats and tackle diverse projects such as: Managing and optimizing infrastructure and operational processes Supporting trading systems and workflows by executing data queries and coordinating with stakeholders Designing and implementing solutions for a range of trading and operations-related issues on the desk Through these experiences, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of the trading product, including its life cycle, regulatory considerations, and operational workflows.

Plus, you'll have a chance to build off your new professional growth with bootcamps and classes that are tailored to accelerate your technical and operational expertise. Our collaborative trading desks are central to our office environment, and we believe the best way to integrate our interns is through a hands-on, interactive approach. Some of the tools developed by our interns have had a real impact on our trading desks.
