About the role The Trade Marketing Executive supports the development and execution of trade marketing strategies that drive in‑store excellence, customer activation and commercial performance.
The role works closely with Sales, Brand Marketing and external retail partners to translate brand strategy into effective point‑of‑sale, promotional and channel initiatives. As a Trade Marketing Executive you will Support the planning and execution of trade marketing plans across key retail and wholesale partners Implement seasonal campaigns, launches and promotions in line with brand and commercial objectives Adapt brand assets for trade and channel‑specific needs (POS, toolkits, sell‑in decks) Partner with Sales teams to support sell‑in activities, customer presentations and joint business plans Develop persuasive trade stories, presentations and playbooks Support range reviews, merchandising strategy and promotional calendars Monitor campaign performance using sell‑out data, retailer insights and internal KPIs Analyse promotional ROI, distribution gains and execution quality Prepare post‑campaign reports with clear insights and recommendations Work closely with Brand, Category, Supply Chain and Agencies to ensure seamless execution Support coordination across multiple markets, ensuring local relevance and consistency Manage timelines, approvals and budgets for trade projects Who you will work with You will sit in our EU Marketing team, reporting directly into our wonderful Assistant Marketing Manager, EU.
