Total Rewards Analyst The Total Rewards Analyst supports the delivery of Kpler’s global compensation and benefits programmes, combining strong analytical capability with hands-on benefits management. The role will take day-to-day ownership of key benefits activities while supporting compensation benchmarking, salary analysis, annual reward cycles and market research.

Working closely with the Head of Compensation & Benefits, People Operations, HR Business Partners, Payroll and external providers, the role will help ensure Kpler’s reward programmes are competitive, well-governed and delivered consistently across our global locations.
