SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 level that demonstrates experience analyzing problems, identifying significant factors, gathering pertinent data, and recognizing solutions; preparing reports, plans, policies, and correspondence; evaluating objectives and developing plans to support the availability and effective use of social science resources; applying knowledge of the organization, its mission, and staff procedures; and using analytical and evaluative techniques to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of social science program operations or related administrative support functions.
