Technicians will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor or wage leader (Grade Inversion). Enlisted members currently at a higher grade than allowed by the position (see Military Grade Requirement above) may apply; however, they must administratively reduce prior to appointment and provide confirmation of the reduction to HRO. GENERAL EXPERIENCE: All applicants must demonstrate experience that provided the competencies necessary to perform the work of the position.
General experience for the GS-2210 Information Technology Management Series includes work that has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of an IT Specialist (System Administration).
