About this role

Isolate kitchen power (switch off consumer unit) Lock off kitchen circuit with padlock while working Remove sockets, then reinstall after work is complete Inform resident that kitchen sockets cannot be used for approx. 2 hours (risk of short circuit) Install tiles around the bath only If bath is between 3 walls: tile all 3 walls along full bath length If bath is in an L‑shape (2 walls): tile only along the bath length No full tiling at WC area Tile behind sink only, up to 3 rows high Asbestos awareness training (can be provided in-house by Pilon) CSCS Card In addition to the above qualifications, we are looking for: Right to work in the UK Own tools (110v or battery-operated) Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (van preferred) Good conversational English Reliable, organised, and able to work to deadlines Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality United Infrastructure delivers essential infrastructure services across utilities and social infrastructure, supporting some of the UK’s largest network operators and housing providers.
