TikTok Shop Growth Manager

About this role

FOLQS is a fast-growing D2C supplement brand in the United States (colostrum + beef organs). TikTok is our next major growth channel - we're hiring one person to own the entire account end-to-end: TikTok Shop affiliates, creator partnerships, influencer outreach, and the content pipeline that feeds it all. What you'll own: The overall TikTok Shop growth strategy, including channel P&L thinking, growth targets, testing roadmap, and prioritization across affiliates, content, and paid media Build, manage, and scale the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program, including creator sourcing, vetting, onboarding, briefing, commissions, Open Collaboration, Targeted, VIP programs, and relationship management Develop a scalable creator and UGC acquisition engine that consistently generates content and creators capable of driving sales Run Folqs organic strategy: trends, cadence, community - FTC-compliant creator briefing Performance reporting: GMV, attributed orders, CAC, creator ROI - not vanity metrics Affiliate platform ops (Social Snowball / GRIN / Aspire or equivalent) You are: 3-5+ years in TikTok creator/affiliate/influencer roles for D2C e-commerce brands or D2C agencies You've personally run a TikTok Shop affiliate program with measurable GMV Fluent in TikTok Creator Marketplace + one platform (Social Snowball / GRIN / Aspire / Modash / Insense) Volume operator — 50+ creators/month outreach, with reply-rate data Strong written English (you brief creators and run outreach) Performance-minded - you measure work in conversions and GMV, not followers You live and breathe AI tools - daily use for outreach, briefs, content ideation, ops.
