About this role
Objective for the company: Accountable for maximizing sales and reaching sales targets based on customer insights of our brands in the defined territory as well as develop and manage relationships with customers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement required plans to secure sales targets Acquire the relevant knowledge of the marketplace for our brands in the territory. Gather and interpret relevant data and insights, through customer and stakeholder interaction, as well as other available sources Identify and assess market opportunities and decide on tactics in collaboration with the local team in order to maximize on the business opportunity Share and communicate market knowledge and customer insights internally with the team members Execute the regional plan/brand plan and continuously revise the plan when needed Analyse and follow-up on sales and activities, including spending Customer contact for our brands in the territory: Initiate and execute customer activities Identify and interact with customers and other relevant stakeholders in the territory Share best practice initiatives Principal Interfaces/Relationships: The local BU team, consisting of Marketing, Medical, Patient Access/Engagement, Sales Force and other Service functions and Cross functional teams based in local affiliate Private practice-based treaters and nurses Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales Strong understanding of the German healthcare system and local market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a field-based setting. Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the assigned region (including overnight stays). Fluency in German and good command of English.
