What you'll be doing • Build React/Next.js based applications.

• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues. • Help maintain code quality. • Participate in the agile team scrums and effectively communicate to the team the status, roadblocks, and timelines for the task at hand. • Must be able to collaborate with BA, QA, developers and offshore developers to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain mobile web and desktop-based applications requested by the stakeholders.

• Share knowledge with the team during workshops. What we're looking for Experience working with data and analytics solutions for supply chain, ideally including dashboards, forecasting models, optimization tools, or decision-support solutions. Practical understanding of key supply chain processes and metrics, such as forecast accuracy, bias, service level, inventory turns, stock availability, safety stock, and planning efficiency.

Experience supporting or leading client-facing work, such as discovery workshops, solution design, business case development, pre-sales, or consulting delivery. Experience managing people, leading a project stream, coordinating consultants, or mentoring junior team members. Ability to work with technical teams and translate business requirements into analytics, data, or AI-enabled solution concepts. Good understanding of how modern BI, cloud, data, and analytics tools can support planning, forecasting, and inventory-related business decisions.

Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex supply chain and analytics topics to business and technical audiences. Experience working in global or matrixed environments.
