About the Role We are seeking Board-Certified Physicians (MD/DO) and experienced Nurse Practitioners licensed in multiple states to provide virtual care as independent contractors (1099). What You’ll Do As a Telehealth Provider, you will deliver comprehensive virtual care via scheduled and on-demand phone or video visits.

Responsibilities Include: Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and E/M virtual visits Perform new patient evaluations and follow-up consultations Manage chronic conditions and support remote monitoring Assess patient conditions and review medications Provide comprehensive consultations and evidence-based care recommendations Build strong patient rapport through effective communication Accurately document medical records in the EHR system Maintain compliance with telehealth and CMS requirements Participate in remote training sessions and workflow updates You will be supported by a collaborative virtual care team to ensure efficient, high-quality care delivery.

What We’re Looking For Required For Physicians (MD/DO): Board Certified Active, unrestricted medical licenses in multiple states Medicare participating physician (or willing to become one) Telehealth experience preferred Strong documentation and patient communication skills For Nurse Practitioners: Active, unrestricted NP license (multi-state licensure strongly preferred) <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="4" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559
