Start Date: Flexible Schedule: Shift-based. Hourly. Available shift times (in EST): Saturdays 6pm to 12am ET. Opportunity for Impact: We are seeking a Part-Time ConnectNow Crisis Line Provider to provide direct services to students utilizing Mantra’s ConnectNow service, an in-the-moment crisis/emotional support line for college students. In this role you will use active listening and solution-focused approaches to collaboratively engage students seeking support with mental health concerns.

In cases of high risk, you will assess the situation and recommend appropriate crisis interventions for implementation by individual students, campus staff, and community helpers. We’re excited to meet folks of all backgrounds who are inspired about our mission to solve the mental health crisis for young adults. This is a W2 part-time non-benefit eligible position. The expected pay for this position is $30/hour. What You’ll Do: Provide warm, empathetic responses to incoming calls from students needing support or who may be in crisis Complete risk assessments and de-escalate crisis intensity to prevent self-harm or harm to others.
