Role Overview To deliver and support a high volume of smaller concurrent professional services projects within customer support across customer-facing and internal workstreams. The role requires a self-sufficient, technically capable individual with strong general IT and networking knowledge, able to manage implementation activity, troubleshoot issues, maintain accurate records, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Service desk analyst who is responsible for taking in tickets from customers, communicating with customers, troubleshooting, engaging 3rd line and providing constant feedback to customer. Requirements SQL - Query language experience Ticketing system - support tickets ISS Applications Web services Customer Service skills Troubleshooting and investigative experience A bonus would be experience with Microsoft Azure
