Technical & Sales Biogas Manager EMEAI (F/M)
About this role
As Technical and Sales Biogas for the EMEAI Region (Europe, Middle East, Africa, India), you will report directly to the EMEAI Global Strategic Account Manager and functionally to the Global Biogas Manager (GBM). Core function Develop and manage a Biogas business in the Region in accordance with the global biogas strategy is the main role Secure with members a strong opportunity pipelines, project management, sales monitoring, information sharing and reporting to the management.
Ensure Customer intimacy and global/local coordination with all functions, to growth business. Develop and execute the local key account plans directly with customers, in coordination with local teams. Knowledge and understanding of Biogas environment, market organization and accounts; support the development of a value proposition aligned with end customer need. Propose and execute marketing plans (events, trade fairs, promotional campaigns) within approved budgets and with support from corporate functions Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to strengthen brand visibility and drive demand generation Ensure all information on customers are documented in the CRM (SalesForces) and proactive in suggesting adaptation of the CRM to allow good understanding of SA organization.
Master's degree or Engineer Diploma or equivalent professional experience Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the anaerobic digestion industry is required; an interest in the world of microorganisms and additives is a plus Ability to build relationships with customers, negotiate contracts, and identify development projects Entrepreneurship and creativity, customer-oriented solution provider Strong and diplomatic communicator with ability to work in a team Open-minded, with ability to analyze and synthesize Fluent English is essential and any other language is a plus Scope of Responsibility:EMEAI Region (Europe, Middle East, Africa, India), with focus on priority countries to be defined and regularly updated Frequent business travel: 50% of the time All our positions are open to people with disabilities Possibility to be based in the Lille area or at another Lesaffre/Phileo European office, depending on the candidate's location; Join a family-owned company with a rich history, driven by human values and our mission to "Nourish and Protect our Planet".
