The Role We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Recruiter to help us scale engineering teams. This is an execution-heavy role with high volume and a strong focus on sourcing, alongside screening and pipeline management, with an opportunity to grow quickly.
You’ll collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers, build and run a large sourcing-driven pipeline, and maintain a strong candidate experience. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end hiring for engineering roles, from initial outreach to offer, across multiple locations. Daily hands-on sourcing and active outreach, building and maintaining strong, long-term sourcing pipelines. Run screening interviews, assessing both technical and behavioral fit for engineers.
Manage a large number of active candidates, with excellent organization and follow-up. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across technical and operational functions to ensure effective collaboration. Leverage market intelligence and data-driven insights to continuously refine sourcing strategy, pipeline planning, and hiring decisions. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment.
Demonstrated experience hiring engineering profiles, with active sourcing exposure across the EU and/or UK markets. Strong, hands-on sourcing capability, including daily use of LinkedIn, advanced search techniques, and modern tools. Proven experience conducting high-volume initial screening calls for engineering roles. Comfortable balancing high-volume hiring with a strong focus on quality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluent English, written and spoken.
