Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

About this role

As a Technical Project Manager, you will coordinate the development and industrialization of one of Quantum Systems' next-generation high-speed interceptor platforms. You will serve as the central link between engineering, product management, certification, testing, manufacturing, and program stakeholders. This role combines technical understanding with structured project execution to ensure that ambitious development milestones are achieved on schedule and according to quality requirements.

What is your Day to Day Mission: Drive technical project execution for all product development program. Define project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities across software, hardware, systems, integration, and testing teams. Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and bottlenecks. Support technical decision-making through structured reporting and stakeholder communication.

Coordinate verification, certification, and release activities together with relevant subject-matter experts. Ensure alignment between development objectives, product roadmap, and operational requirements. Establish transparent project governance and continuously improve project execution processes.
