We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive execution across a portfolio of enterprise transformation initiatives spanning ERP/EPM modernization, Chart of Accounts redesign, contract lifecycle management, and privacy programs. This is a technically fluent leadership role, partnering closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate complex domain requirements into structured, delivered outcomes.

EPM/ERP Domain Expertise & Advisory - Drive key architecture and design decisions across ERP and EPM platforms (Oracle preferred). - Lead evaluation of solution options and tradeoffs, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.

- Advise on ERP/EPM integration strategy, including how upstream design decisions impact downstream planning and reporting. - Help the SteerCo think through what to automate, what to rethink, and how to move from legacy processes to cloud-native best practices. Finance Process & Chart of Accounts (CoA) Transformation - Lead redesign of planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, reimagining FP&A for a cloud-native environment.
