Technical Product Support and Implementation Analyst- KIS
About this role
Aspire Software is looking for a talented product support and implementation professional , who can work directly with customers, understand how they use our ERP applications, and take difficult issues from initial report through final resolution. This role sits between customer support, application analysis, data investigation, quality assurance, implementation, and development. Our customers are school districts and local governments using business applications for finance, payroll, billing, collections, utilities, licensing, and community development.
Here is a little window into our company: Aspire Software operates and manages wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio. The position also includes aspects of a forward-deployed application role: working closely with customers to understand real operating workflows, shape practical solutions, coordinate technical delivery, and make sure the result is successfully adopted rather than stopping when a ticket or development task is closed.
The right candidate will be comfortable asking detailed questions, reproducing problems, examining data, reading code, and determining whether an issue comes from configuration, data, software, an interface, or a business process. The person does not need to arrive as a Rocket UniVerse expert, but must have the technical aptitude to learn the environment and become capable of making targeted code changes, writing utilities or queries, and working effectively with developers on larger changes.
Primary responsibilities Own assigned customer issues from intake through resolution, including investigation, communication, escalation, testing, documentation, and follow-up. Conduct structured discovery with customers to clarify ambiguous requests, understand the underlying workflow, define the technical problem, and agree on what a successful result should accomplish. Triage software and data issues by reproducing reported behavior, reviewing application settings, examining records, reading logs and code, and identifying likely root causes.
