We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Product Owner to join our Core team. This role focuses on working with the core of our product, ensuring scalability, performance optimization, and overall system efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a strong understanding of market trends, a technical background, and expertise in managing the full product development lifecycle. Responsibilities: Collection and elaboration of business requirements from customers, partners, external community, and internal users. Organization and prioritization of requirements in the company's information resources. Definition and defense of concepts: this includes grouping and detailing business requirements, developing a strategy for market introduction, creating mockups, collaborating on UX and UI design (in conjunction with UI designers), producing presentation materials, drafting user stories, and assigning tasks to technical writers to elaborate on the functionality within both internal and public-facing company resources.
Conducting market research: this involves competitor analysis, seeking and assessing potential integration solutions, and reviewing reports from global analytical agencies like Forrester and Gartner. Leading SCRUM activities with development teams: this includes Kick-off presentations, Refinement, Planning, Review, and Retrospective sessions. Collaborating with the Scrum Master to enhance team efficiency, as well as establishing and monitoring team metrics.
