This position will require someone who can speak fluent business, fluent customer, and fluent engineer. That combination is much more valuable to us today than hiring a pure Product Manager or a pure engineering leader. You will be required to own product strategy, stakeholder engagement, prioritization, and roadmap execution for the development organization, enabling the CTO to focus on technology leadership, architecture, and strategic initiatives, while also bringing enough hands-on technical expertise to effectively partner with engineers and contribute to technical documentation and product development success.
