Technical Operator Billingham (Home of McCoys, Wheat Crunchies, POM-BEAR, and more…) Shift: Monday to Friday, alternating between an early shift (7:15am - 2:00pm) and a late shift (2:00pm - 10:00pm) on a two-week rotation. About the role In this hands-on role, you’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing process, helping to produce the quality snacks our customers love.

You’ll operate machinery, monitor quality, and keep things running smoothly to meet production targets.
