📋 Description Become a domain expert in Connect and Risk and Compliance areas of Connect. Handle inquiries from internal Stripes and external partners' technical teams with detailed Organize and direct complex technical changes as part of product releases and merchant onboarding Identify and automate inefficient or unnecessary manual processes by making direct code changes, or Design alerting systems using existing tools to respond to incidents quickly, or prevent them Conduct data analysis to understand the impact of risk and compliance interventions on the users 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information systems, Engineering, or a 2 years of experience in Technical or technical user-facing roles 2 years of experience with developer tools including git 2 years of experience with scripting and automation skills including Ruby and Python 2 years of experience writing tooling and automation, including testing and idempotency 2 years of experience with observability tooling including metrics (Prometheus, Datadog), logging 🎁 Benefits Equity Company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses 401(k) plan Medical, dental, and vision benefits Wellness stipends
