TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications: TQ 1: Demonstrated experience in governing a Human Resources (HR) IT portfolio and Data domain across an agency of wide scope.

TQ 2: Knowledge of Federal IT, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and Data policies, programs, regulations, and practices. TQ 3: Ability to apply data science to the development of comprehensive human capital business models which can be applied to leadership decision making in a large, dynamic, and diverse organization.
