Technical Account Manager, SLED Minimum qualifications B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience. 4+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles supporting cloud or cloud-security products (such as Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, or Solutions Engineer).
4+ years of experience working in or supporting State, Local, or Education (SLED) organizations. Experience delivering cloud solutions across at least one major CSP (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI), and direct experience with their government-specific offerings (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, and GCP Assured Workloads). Practical experience navigating the Government authorization processes such as FedRAMP or GovRAMP and guiding customers through rigorous security and hardening requirements (such as NIST 800-53 and NIST 800-171).
